Dipak is the chief growth officer for himagine solutions, inc. where he is responsible for strategy, sales, marketing, strategic partnerships, and product develop. Dipak has held several leadership positions including Managing Director within Accenture’s Health Care Strategy practice and Operating Partner for Pamplona Capital. Dipak has industry experience across payers, providers, pharmaceutical companies, and healthcare technology companies, and he has expertise in large scale transformations, strategic planning, M&A, operating model design, product development, and customer experience. Dipak holds a BS in Engineering from The Johns Hopkins University. Dipak sits on the board of Make-A-Wish Illinois.

Brief Bio(s)       

Mike currently serves as Director of Coding Assessments for T-System RevCycle+ with responsibility for analyzing current and future state of coding and charge capture in the Emergency Department. During his time with the organization he has served in a number of roles developing and supporting the organization’s documentation and revenue cycle services.

He is an AAPC Certified Professional Coder and active member of the Texas Health Information Management Association (TxHIMA). He brings over 15 years of experience working with clinical, HIM, and hospital leadership to improve operations, compliance, and financial outcomes.

Kyle Sherseth, CHFP

Kyle Sherseth, CHFP, is Senior Manager of Advisory Services – Reimbursement Strategy at nThrive. In his role, Sherseth lends his reimbursement expertise to strategic pricing reviews that protect and improve client revenue, while increasing the defensibility of Charge Description Master (CDM) pricing.

Prior to joining nThrive, he served as a Senior Manager at Triage Consulting Group, which specializes in insurance reimbursement accuracy and revenue cycle process improvement. While at Triage, Sherseth led payment review projects in over 18 states, and gained extensive knowledge of government and commercial reimbursement methodologies. He offers over 10 years of experience in revenue cycle optimization, insurance reimbursement validation, and CDM management.

Sherseth earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Georgia and is a Certified Healthcare Financial Professional (CHFP) through the Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA).

He has over 20 years of experience as a software architect and has developed solutions for several medical societies, the United States Postal Service, a team of former FBI investigators, and two leading presidential campaigns. Between his knowledge of the industry and his technology savvy, Moshe is a sought-after leader in the transition to value-driven health care throughout the U.S.

Cancellation

Anyone who pays registration fees and cannot attend the event may send a substitute. A 5 day notice of cancellation is required for refund. A $25.00 cancellation fee will be retained by NHHIMA for cancellations received prior to the registration date deadline. The entire registration fee will be retained by NHHIMA for cancellations received after the (cancellation date) registration deadline.
