The committee chairs of the Tri-State AHIMA Conference want to thank you for your interest in the conference that was scheduled to be held in May of 2021. Like you, we were excited and looking forward to hearing the speakers and networking with one another. However, with the continued updates concerning the spread of the coronavirus (COVID-19), the committee has decided to cancel this conference.
The health and well-being of our members, speakers, vendors, and guests are our first priority. This decision was made with the best interest of all of you in mind.
For those of you who have registered and have already paid for this conference, we are working with KnowledgeConnex to refund your registration fees. You should be seeing a refund over the following few weeks.
When requesting your refund please note the cancellation information. Participants please reach out to the board contact Suzanne Landry at [email protected] with any specific instructions regarding refunds (i.e., make check out to them versus employer). Please also note that a 10% processing fee will be deducted.
Hotel and Flight Reservations:
If you have made an overnight room reservation, please be sure to contact the hotel to cancel those reservations. If you have made flight reservations, please work directly with your airline. Many airlines are allowing passengers to change or reschedule flights. Please review your airline’s COVID-19 cancellation policy.

We are looking to schedule a Tri-State AHIMA Conference in 2022. As soon as we have more information on that, we will be posting it on our state websites.
