Tri-State’s Vendor Interaction Game and Raffle is a wonderful way to get more booth traffic and exposure. We’ll help to promote the raffle prior to and during the show, while you can collect the demographic information you need from attendees who visit your booth.

Tri-State will make every attempt to maximize your exposure by offering creative ways to increase traffic to your booth. Dedicated exhibit time and unique opportunities to have face-to-face engagement with your customers to build strong connections are incorporated through the show. Monday offers Meet and Greet cruise event on the M.S. Mt. Washington. This event offers a great way to engage with attendees in a relaxed, social setting while representing your company. Tuesday ends with the conclusion of the Vendor Interaction Game and Raffle allowing you to mingle with attendees before you leave the show.

**There is a $15 fee for each vendor to include 6-foot table, two chairs, table linen, skirting, Wi-Fi, and electricity. All exhibitor areas are carpeted.

Cancellation

Terms: Full payment must accompany all completed registrations to guarantee booth assignment. By submitting payment, you agree tot he contact terms outlined here. Cancellations after March 1, 2020 will forfeit full payment.

Liability: Mill Falls, New Hampshire Information Management Association, Maine Information Management Association, and the Vermont Health Information Management Association will take reasonable precautions to protect against loss or damage; however, the parties named herein shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, inconvenience, injury, or theft that may occur to exhibitor, exhibitor’s employee or exhibitor’s property. Exhibitors are encouraged to safeguard their property AT ALL times.

Register

Online registration will close at 11:59 PM ET May 8, 2020.

When you register online, you will have the option to pay by mail with a check or pay online with a credit card (AMEX, Discover, MasterCard, or Visa). You will receive two emails once you join – 1) a confirmation email and 2) a registration statement email which serves as your receipt (if you paid by credit card) or invoice (if you plan to pay by check).

If you are paying by check, make your check payable to KnowledgeConnex, include your invoice # that is on your registration statement email, and mail your check to KnowledgeConnex. The mailing address will be on the registration statement email.
