The Tri-State HIM Conference hosted by NH, VT and ME AHIMA chapters will attract health information management (H.I.M.) from all over New England who are interested in your products and services. Register early to secure prime booth space. Reserve your booth today by completing the form below.
Monday evening features a meet & greet cruise aboard the M.S. Mount Washington from 5:00 pm – 8:00 pm.

The conference will consist of a full day on Monday, May 15th, and a half day on Tuesday, May 16th, and will include dedicated vendor time and a vendor game and raffle drawing.
Accommodations
Mills Falls on Lake Winnipesaukee in picturesque Meredith, NH has four separate Inn buildings all within short walking distance. The conference and exhibit halls are located in Church Landing. Located 2 hours from Boston Logan or just 1 hour from Manchester-Boston Regional Airport, Mills Falls is conveniently located. Church Landing at Mills Falls offers free self-parking, on-site Spa, and 1000 feet of waterfront walkways.

Cruising into Health Information Management
Tri-State’s Vendor Interaction Game and Raffle is a wonderful way to get more booth traffic and exposure. We’ll help to promote the raffle prior to and during the show, while you can collect the demographic information you need from attendees who visit your booth.
Tri-State will make every attempt to maximize your exposure by offering creative ways to increase traffic to your booth. Dedicated exhibit time and unique opportunities to have face-to-face engagement with your customers to build strong connections are incorporated through the show.
Meet & Greet Event: This event offers a great way to engage with attendees in a relaxed, social setting while representing your company.
Tuesday ends with the conclusion of the Vendor Interaction Game and Raffle allowing you to mingle with attendees before you leave the show.

There is a $15 fee for each vendor to include a 6-foot table, two chairs, table linen,

Registration will close at 11:59 PM ET on May 8, 2023.
No onsite registration will be available.
When you register online, you will have the option to pay by mail with a check or pay online with a credit card (AMEX, Discover, Mastercard, or Visa). You will receive two emails once you join – 1) a confirmation email and 2) a registration statement email which serves as your receipt (if you paid by credit card) or invoice (if you plan to pay by check).
If you are paying by check, make your check payable to KnowledgeConnex, include your invoice # that is on your registration statement email, and mail your check to KnowledgeConnex. The mailing address will be on the registration statement email.
